Ability (Can)

Can boleh diartikan "bisa" atau "dapat".

S + can + Verb 1 / infinitive + Complement

I can swim.
/ai ken swim/
Saya bisa berenang.

I cannot swim.
/ai kenot swim/
Saya tidak bisa berenang.

Can I swim?
/ken ai swim/
Bisakah saya berenang?

You can kill a mouse.
/yu ken kil e maos/
Kamu bisa membunuh seekor tikus.

You cannot kill a mouse.
/yu kenot kil e maos/
Kamu tidak bisa membunuh seekor tikus.

Can you kill a mouse?
/ken yu kil e maos/
Dapatkah kamu membunuh seekor tikus?
