S + had + V3 + O
Example:
Positive
I had drunk a cup of coffee.
You had drunk a cup of coffee.
We had drunk a cup of coffee.
They had drunk a cup of coffee.
He had drunk a cup of coffee.
She had drunk a cup of coffee.
Guntur had drunk a cup of coffee.
Father had drunk a cup of coffee.
He and she had drunk a cup of coffee.
Father and Guntur had drunk a cup of coffee.

Example:
Negative
I had not drunk a cup of coffee.
