Sand

Hello everybody,

First, I would like to thank to you all who wants to read this post.
I am sure that you want to master English well. So, you read this post to add your knowledge about English.

This time, we will study about vocabulary with word "sand".


sand: pasir; butir-butir batu yang halus dan kecil; kersikan halus
sand castle: istana pasir
sand dune: bukit pasir
sandal: sandal; alas kaki; sepatu sandal
sandalwood: cendana; kayu cendana
sandbag: karung pasir
sandbank: gosong; tebing pasir
sandbar: gosong; beting
sandpaper: kertas ampelas, kertas gosok

Example:

1. The man mixes sand and cement.
   
2. The children make sand castle in the beach.
3. You can see sand dune behind that mountain.
4. Sandalwood is very expensive.
5. We make a dam with sandbag.
   

Now, you can practice to make sentence by using some words above.
