This passive form for present continuous.
Subject + be + being + Verb III + by + Agent
A: Linda is singing Campursari song.
P: Campursari song is being sung by Linda.
A: Linda is not singing Campursari song.
P: Campursari song is not being sung by Linda.
A: Is Linda singing Campursari song?
P: Is Campursari song being sung by Linda?
Notes:
A: Active sentence
P: Passive sentence
